Task 2:
Prepare bubble-making liquid following a tried-and-true recipe
Equipment:
a set of scales
250ml beaker
a calibrated syringe
a stirring rod
Ingredients:
table sugar
glycerol
kitchen detergent
Water
Method (what to do):
Fill the 250 ml beaker half full, that is, measure 125 mls water.
Weigh 5 grams of sugar, stir into the water until the sugar is dissolved.
Measure 3 mls of glycerol - add to the water solution.
Measure 10 mls detergent - add to the water solution.
Stir the contents in the beaker so all ingredients are thoroughly mixed through.
Outcome:
It was hard i had to blow light on the wand to make a good bubble.
